I, Gianluca Paris – Luca, as I am known by everyone – was born in Torino (Turin), Italy, and moved to New York City as a toddler. Brought up in a bilingual home, I eventually went on to earn a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
There, I met my wife, Lindy (Moe) Paris, a Swanzey native and fellow Hotel/Restaurant Degree holder. For the past eleven years, Lindy and I have owned and operated an Italian gourmet shop, catering business in New York City and fine dining restaurant in Westchester County, New York. Our dream, however, has always been to own and operate a Mediterranean restaurant. We now have been given the chance to bring our own touch to the restaurant climate in downtown Keene New Hampshire.
One aspect we are focusing on is the ambiance our customers will experience. We feel this is our second home and want our guests to feel the same. From the original Mediterranean style art, to the candles on the tables, we hope to exude a warm feeling from the dining room to the restrooms.
The second aspect we are focusing on is a menu that represents the true Mediterranean cuisine. We are presenting dishes featuring the flavors of Italy, France and Spain – although daily chef’s recommendations will reflect the cuisines of North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean, such as Morocco, Greece and Turkey. We will prepare dishes some have never heard of, along with everyone’s favorites.

Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm (April - December)
